Mike Boyes Tea in a Tree

Proposal

Tea in a tree does exactly what it says on its very adorable tin. Using ingenious projection, a tiny scene will be played within one of Western Park's finest tree stumps.

Bio

MIKE BOYES is a Visual Effects artist based in Auckland New Zealand. He previously worked at The Dark Room creating live projections for events and ceremonies, distorting light and shadow to create visual illusions in live venues. Mike has worked for years towards bringing the impossible to life using modern Digital techniques such as Projection mapping, matchmoving and CGI. He has a degree in Digital Design from Auckland University of Technology and also works on short films and illustration.
