Penduluminosity

Wave-forms are all around us.

Penduluminosity bends time and explodes scale to take us to wave-forms that usually happen too quickly or too slowly for a human to take notice. The sculpture, a set of giant, swinging pendulums, traces a series of mesmerising yet familiar wave-forms in the air, isolating and highlighting the basic wave patterns that govern our universe from enormous cosmic forces to strands of DNA.

But we are also governed by chaos, and nothing perfect can remain.
